Emerald seems to me to be an average sized baby. She will be four months old in less than a week (!) and is growing out of her 0-3 mo size clothes and into her 3-6 mo size clothes. The glaring exception is the pajama department. Her legs are SO LONG that I have had to cut the feet out of some of her footed pajamas! She did NOT get this from me!
In other news, she has learned to suck her thumb. The kid won't take a pacifier no matter what I do, but I guess having a built-in one means I don't have to constantly pick pacifiers up off the floor. She finally got the hang of thumb sucking after poking herself in the eye many many pathetic times.
